The former NBA star and Aiello, founder of swimwear brand Frankies Bikinis, were spotted locking lips on the shore Saturday while wearing swimsuits, sharing drinks and later dancing at what TMZ described as a shoreside event. The pair also went for a swim together afterward. While the exact nature of the weekend has not been officially confirmed, TMZ noted that gathering a group of that size for a destination trip is not typical of a casual getaway, adding to speculation that the couple was marking their nuptials.
Among those reportedly in attendance was Griffin’s ex-girlfriend, model Kendall Jenner, who dated Griffin briefly before the couple split in 2018, according to E! News. Jenner attended without her current partner, actor Jacob Elordi, according to TMZ, though she appeared to be in good spirits throughout the celebration.
Griffin and Aiello’s relationship dates back to 2018, before the two split and later reconnected in 2023. Griffin proposed the following year, with Aiello confirming their engagement in January 2025 by sharing a photo on Instagram showing a diamond ring. In a May interview with Us Weekly, Griffin described wedding planning as “pretty chill” at the time, noting the couple had “a long runway” before their big day.
